My stay at 2400 Motel was truly distressing. I encountered several issues, including unclean rooms that had a strong musty odor, and I discovered a dead cockroach in the bathroom, which was unsettling.

Power outage repeatedly disrupted our stay.

The family suite had significant issues, a cat urine odor made the second bedroom unlivable, resulting in my clothes smelling the same after staying there. Housekeeping was nonexistent, with no fresh towels provided, and maintenance didn’t address the cracked kitchenware. My experience was further marred by a disturbing incident with a window that wasn’t secured, leading to an unpleasant situation with an intruder.

The check-in process, the comfortable bed, the cleanliness was simply grewt.

Our stay was enhanced by the charming outdoor area outside our room, perfect for relaxing with friends. However, the poor air circulation due to missing bug screens made it uncomfortable, especially during hot weather.

Family with children should consider it

The staff was understanding. They offered us options for different rooms that we could use with our small kids, and even though we left early, the refund process was smooth.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but for what we got, it was still tolerable.

I stayed in the Standard One Double room for 3 nights, and the bed was super comfy with nice soft linens. The towels were fluffy too, which was a nice touch. The lighting in the room was decent. Overall, a solid place for a budget stay.

Excellent hotel with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour security, outdoor dining area, and luggage storage. I'll always remember how the staff helped me with my suitcases during my first stay. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!
